It's clear cut, Selig is bailing the Yankees out and trying to use A-Rod as a scapegoat. Most of the casual fans outside of the Yankee camp will be delighted of this banning for life for this 'scumbag', the Yankees get bailed and Selig is seen a 'hero' in the books for another successful job of cleaning house... looks like a victory for the MLB from my point of view. Bingo. Who knows? Maybe Steinbrenner will give Selig some 'gifts' to say thanks?

Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think I'm mistaken when I say A-rod: - Has admitted (to ESPN I believe) to using PEDs at least during the Rangers years - Never tested positive in an MLB drug testing case Not only has Braun threw out the idea of being on PEDs out of the window when he was caught with a drug test, he continually lied to fans and the rest of baseball. Two things A-Rod didn't. Once again, I hate A-Rod, but facts are facts. Braun should receive a lifetime ban, 2nd offence after refusing to admit the first time.

Sources of fun? heh, since I make GDTs I tend to watch from the beginning of damn near each game this season. Unlike last season (and only after our breakdown following the end of the 11 game win streak) my 'source of fun' during the game is turning the TV off -

I mean, as much as I hate A-Rod, he hasn't been tested positive and he's still admired to taking PEDs On the other hand you have Braun, who lied after testing positive for PEDs yet he's getting a punishment that's a year less than A-Rod's? How does this make any sense?

Canseco said something smart, take the money from the Yankees and give it to charities to builds schools in the ghettos of NY I don't trust in charities, but building schools and seeing progress is something I'm completely for it I know, I was just poking fun at you A-Rod's name has been repeated so many time, but nothing new, lack of substance as you said.
