  1. Jesus Christ I will admit his stumble was nice. His approach at the plate was also really cool. Dude walked and got a key RBI single AND stole a bag! He plays all positions almost too. He's McCoy + better approach + younger + VETRIN POSTSEASON PRESENTS
  2. Plays 1B, 3B like EE and LF lol I like him, lots of raw power and a similar story to EE... I wonder if we can turn him into (if anything) a home run machine vs RHP Edit: Here's an old thread I made on the old forum on this guy.... oh the memories http://www.forums.mlb.com/n/pfx/forum.aspx?nav=messages&webtag=ml-bluejays&tid=82691
  3. 1. Halabja Gas Attack was part of the Iraq-Iran war. Iran backed the Kurds and they demanded invasion of land. Sure, gas was not to be used, but look at the f***ing US and their high impact missiles. Hell, the f***ing gassing was backed by Amercia according to Wikileaks. You think, especially with how Saddam gave Kurdish people their own government and seats in the parliament in the first time in history, he was going to back down from an internal invasion? 2. Yes. He killed the extremest from both the Sunnis and the Shi'its. The Shi'its were killed more during the Iran war because of Iran's big Shi'ite population and they are the Shi'ite base essentially, and they also backed Iran AGAINST THEIR OWN COUNTRY. Extremism was not allowed in our country from any religion. 3. Nope. Not until the UN sanctions came in. Before Iraqi people were free to leave. Hell my parents travelled quite a bit before the UN sanctions hit the country
  4. lol Buck "What are you going to do with Steven Drew???"
  5. Yes!! I'm for this!
  6. Oh yes. f*** his kids. Uday and Kusay are probably the biggest f***ing *******s I've heard of. Did you know, if the Iraqi Soccer Team did poorly enough, they'd basically get tortured by the two? I was happy to learn that they died by a military strike, probably the only good the US did in our country
  7. That's a good point! Saddam isn't as crazy with his people. Iran/Iraq tensions were always there and America was pushing for a conflict, knowing that we had the stronger military at the time and that they hate Iran. Kuwait was his biggest mistake because it shows what measures a Dictator goes if he's publicly insulted in a gathering. Other than that, security was on point, taxes wasn't too high, stable economy, lots of oil was actually running through the country, free high education with (at that time) advanced internship programs. Women were allowed to walk near/past midnight and not get harassed, and houses locks were left open (in non poor places), that's how safe it was. Baghdad was developed as hell, as well as several other cities getting built in time, and Jordan's biggest university was actually a Saddam creation too lol
  8. Haha you hit the lottery then! I am very good enough thank you very much . Just need more theory tweaking and more efficient approaches. I'm confident that uni + more practice will help me perfect those things
  9. What? People don't know about the Hadron Collider?? What kind of science classmates do you have lol
  10. That would be awesome!! Instead of pointing to a pitcher for a warning, or when a manager is pushing it with the yelling pull out a yellow! Their reactions would be PRICELESS. *Gibbons yelling s*** at the ump* *Ump pulls out yellow* "WHO THE f*** DO YOU THINK YOU'RE SHOWING YELLOW TOO YOU f***ING PIECE OF s***??? STICK THAT UP YOUR-" *Ump pulls out 2nd yellow, red card* "AW f*** YOU YOU PIECE OF f***"
  11. Congrats! I always hear good things out of Scandinavian countries, especially Sweden. I need to go there at least to visit, if not live there. You guys need computer science positions by any chance? lol
  12. Umpires need to throw flags and talk into the loudspeaker pls
  13. I'm with you on this. Iraq had the same aspect of allowing kids to have the highest education possible under the Saddam Era. Because of this, there was a lot of Iraqis getting hired for high engineering and doctorate positions in Britain and parts of Europe as well as having the best reputation in the Middle East, especially throughout the 80s. Too bad it's not the same anymore
  14. LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL cap filller
