  1. I'm not hopping on bandwagons lol. If they win I'll be happy because they rep my city, other than that I'm not going to go from 0-60 on a team and sport I haven't watched in years
  2. By hate, I meant fanbases mostly lol. We're lovable! Edit: Also past issues with teams
  3. Thank god I didn't ask the poll question, "Do you guys believe in the team still?"

Jays: Buehrle is putting together the lowest ERA in baseball and getting 19 strikeouts against only five walks over 28 innings of work. He was great again Saturday, yielding four hits in seven-plus innings of a 5-0 win at Cleveland. He has allowed two runs in 13 innings last year vs. the Red Sox. He gave up one run and scattered 10 hits over seven innings of a 2-1 victory in Toronto on Aug. 15. Jose Reyes went 0/4 last night and is 5/24 (.208) with one double, one homer and four RBIs in five games since returning from a hamstring injury When the Blue Jays score first this season, they are 9-2. Red Sox: Peavy gave up season highs of five runs and 10 hits with five walks - one intentional - in 5 2-3 innings while not getting a decision in a 6-5 win over the Orioles on Sunday. Red Sox first baseman Mike Napoli has reached base safely in a career-high 19 consecutive games. During the streak, he's batting .301 with four home runs and 10 RBIs. The Red Sox have dropped three of four, thanks in large part to an overall 5.25 ERA and a 6.62 mark from the starting rotation. 6. wtf Well no s***, now what the f*** is he going to do? Lacava came out and said basically Stroman is closer to promotion than we think. Is he going to call up Stroman and sign Drew after the draft? Will we be still in it by June to make this move worth it?
  7. Haha I love this! Carp pitching and Cashner playing LF
  8. lol yeah no I'm a fan of an overall sport, (Defense, playmaking and goal scoring) more than the overall result
  9. The Premier League and the La Liga are also exceptions to the rule. The last few weeks, you have 3 teams competing for #1 and the bottom 5 teams taking wins off the top 4 teams. It's like the Astros sweeping/taking 2 of 3 from Detroit/Oakland/Texas to end off their season. In soccer they don't reward you for being last unlike in Baseball, they have something to fight for (preventing relegation)
  10. Not in every country? You can't use the fact that soccer is worldwide as a negative lol Also lol @ lots of running, are we changing the definition of sports and athletes now?
  11. Sad but true. They need to penalize diving more, straight reds and suspension without pay for diving.
