    This isn't the utley rule though he used his hands to interfere with the fielder, that was never a part of baseball.

    Rule's been around forever, I don't think you can tackle someone other than with your feet, I think anything else is labeled as intentional interference. If his hand swiped his leg I'd say they got the review wrong, but bautista grabbed onto his leg and didn't let go lol

    Pretty sure that was the call, it's not he Utley rule in place, I don't think you were ever able to reach out and trip someone to break up the DP

    Not really we shat the bed a few times this game. Also I think this has nothing to do with the new rule, I don't think you were ever able to tackle with anything other than your legs to break up a DP
