    I dont think Thole can actually bunt. You guys need to understand he's actually useless. I blame the FO for actually continuing to stick with him in September. He got us the large # of innings, and that's where his usefulness ends.

    They don't need Thole to catch them. I'm expecting that eveytime you evaluate Dickey you are encorpirating Thole because whatever starting catcher we've had during his 3 year stint (Arencibia, Martin or Navarro) we've been using Thole instead. So whether you evaluate Dickey using fWAR or RA9-WAR to evaluate Dickey at 0.7-1.2 WAR, his buddy is costing us -0.6 WAR So the package is 0.1-0.6WAR. I think Liriano can give us exactly this if not better without rostering his buddy or seeing his stupid floater for the rest of the month

    As much as id love to agree with you, this is Dickey and he's been horseshit the past 5-8 starts Plus fielding him means fielding a below average player as well in the lineup against a pretty good starter
