    Yup and I agree with Jaysblue, have Stroman on standby to pitch the game just in case -- and it would be regular rest for him too. If we make the ALDS with only Liriano going in the WC game, how would you stack up the rotation? ALDS starts Thursday @ Texas, the rotation ordered by days rested is: Stroman: 6 days rest Estrada: 5 days rest Happ: 4 days rest Sanchez: 3 days rest Liriano: 1 day rest Would it be that order? Or do you go Stroman, Estrada, Sanchez (pitching possible elimination/clinching game), Happ (pitching possible elimination/clinching game), Liriano/Stroman (pitching possible elimination/clinching game)?

    Okay so I just got so much more excited! So apparently a wild card game is truly the worst case scenario!!! For some reason I was confused, BUT if we win today we secure a WC spot and home field advantage!!! I'm not even gonna mention what scenarios will let us clinch if we don't win cuz we gonna win!!!

    This is another big thing, If I was in the Tigers or M's shoes I would be ecstatic because they weren't exactly guarenteed a spot, and September was great for them. We were #1 in the division entering September and now we're "happy" that we secured a TIEBREAKER (not even a WC spot yet lol). That's a big issue for me, seeing Donaldson play with no leg or hip, Travis boot balls like its made out of sponge and a bunch of other bonehead plays -- as well as the offence deciding to stop hitting really was hard to watch

    Its one of those things that looking back I'll realize how fun it was, but the agony game by game is killing me. I almost died after seeing the O's and Tigers lose and Osuna balked of course when you score like that, and forget the sac fly the wild pitch that pushed pompey up was even more exciting for me! But Ortiz hitting that homer 2 days ago killed me inside for the rest of the day. I'm probably having way too much fun to realize, just wanna secure the 2nd straight post-season appearance first before I can look back and reflect lol

    No way. Boston is a tougher team than the O's or Detroit, you can guarantee Farrell is going with a similar lineup to yesterday, they still need to clinch that home game in the ALDS
