  14. Link? Those headquarters and banks rely on the commodity based economy. Without it, Toronto is little more than a service and retail economy.
  15. Ontario is poised for a huge rebound with the low dollar and surging US economy. Ontario's debt to GDT ratio is the same as the late 1980's but a few years of growth will drop it back down to the low 30s. Provincial expenditure/capita is the lowest in Canada (partly due to efficient delivery) and corporate tax rates are among the lowest in the Great Lakes region. Let's see what happens.
