    What I am reading is the HOF decides. They take the player (or player family) wishes into account. Gary Carter wanted to go in as a Met, the HOF decided he would go in as an Expo. edit - SirBJay says the policy has been changed

    That's unfortunate. Makes one wonder about the discussions Roy and Brandy had regarding the Jays. His dissatisfaction, particularly in the last few years, was kind of apparent, yet he went out and did his job like the pro he was.

    Has there ever been a prospect like Wander Franco? A guy that hits #4 on BA 100 before he is 18 years old? Franco turns 18 in March.

    I would but too hard on this stupid phone. You will be pleased though, BTS Wander with a 70 hit, 70 power. Seems pretty high for a guy yet to hit full season ball.
