    I know, dum-dum, but some lists weight defense higher than others.

    They seem to value defense far more than other lists. Keibert and Pache (#19!) are very strong defensively. Eloy not so much. Vlad's insane power and plate discipline overcomes any defensive concerns.

    Anyway I'm not sure what the problem is with a guy that was more or less league average with the bat in his first full MLB season, and has 70 grade power that could emerge anytime.

    Stroman had previous seasons of 3.0, 3.5, and 3.3 WAR. These are better indicators of what to expect than last year's 1.5 WAR.

    Jorge Alfaro to me for MiLB 45 An overpay on my part, but I don't have much use for MILB picks beyond #5 and #11 Alfaro has a chance to break out JG34 to confirm
