    Need to focus on player development, high performance team, confirmed. Still need to build up the prospect pool, still too early to buy or trade for high priced vets.

    Hicks probably won't be throwing with the same velocity when he comes back. He likely goes from a middling closer with control issues to a middling reliever with control issues.
