    Yes, but he's nowhere near this list. He has a lot to prove at the upper levels of the minors because of his age and lost development time the last two seasons. For what it's worth, his numbers at A+ are pretty decent so far this season, but he's 24. If he can get to the majors by the time he's 26, that would be a pretty big win at this point.

    That seems possible. I'm not old enough to have really known how hyped guys like Green, Gonzalez, and Delgado were, but it's safe to say now that Vlad's hype has surpassed Snider's.

    I'm pretty sure this is the highest a Blue Jays prospect has ever been ranked on a BA list.

    In theory it is, but post-surgery complications (such as DVT) are not all that uncommon with this procedure. DVT sucks.

    I see no reason to leave Moncada down after the all-star festivities, though maybe they have a patient game plan in mind. Who knows.
