Never. I was supposed to go in 1994. Back when I was living in Ontario, my mom got us some tickets to watch the White Sox that August and I was super stoked to go. Then the f***ing lockout happened, so that idea was nixed. Two years ago, a couple of my friends and I planned a road trip to Seattle to watch the series against the Jays. That fell through pretty last minute. We're planning one for next year as well, but I'm not exactly holding my breath. I'm pretty certain that if I ever make it to a game, the universe is going to be obliterated by a supermassive black hole.

The odds of any team sweeping a series is low to begin with, let alone it being a four-game series on the road and one of the worst teams in baseball getting it done against what should be one of the better teams. It was highly unlikely but it happened.

Brewers purchased the contract of RHP Freddy Peralta from Triple-A Colorado Springs. Advice: Peralta will make his MLB debut Sunday in Colorado after Chase Anderson landed on the disabled list with an illness. Peralta has a nice 3.63 ERA with 46 strikeouts in 34 2/3 innings at Triple-A this year. He was acquired from the Mariners in the Adam Lind trade in 2015. A debut in Coors Field isn't ideal for anyone, and the 21-year-old is not a fantasy option for that reason. (Rotoworld.com) Sound advice.

But LeMahieu struck out for the third time before the hit, so Peralta is now the first pitcher to strike out twelve or more in his debut since Strasburg did it. Edit: 13. He gets Blackmon again. Edit: And he's done. 5.2 IP, 98 pitches, 0 R, 1 H, 2 BB, 13 K. Impressive.

Freddy Peralta is absolutely dealing in his MLB debut in Denver. He just got Arenado swinging for the second time today. That's now Arenado x 2, DJLM x 2, Blackmon, CarGo, and Story. Edit: Make that 8. CarGo rung up again. Edit: 9 now through 4. Story down once more. Edit: This is must-watch TV, you guys. Edit: 10 Ks. Wolters the latest victim. Edit: 11 through 5. Jon Gray gets overpowered.
