    Good job. Looks like the Rays will have an improved lineup tonight. Hopefully our bats keep rolling.

    I actually think he will get stronger, I am just not sure it will be what many might be hoping for though. If he can give us ~4.50ERA for the next while that would be acceptable. He can eat innings and we are going to need him too.

    I am not convinced this team is out of it yet. The hurdle is huge, but like I have said before if they just play good ball for a few weeks things will look much better. Forget the winning streaks, just win 10 out of the next 15 or something along those lines and our record doesn't look so horrid anymore. This team is just at a point where if they go on another big losing streak than yeah they are probably finished.

    No one will trade for him at this point.

    I just can't see him remaining this bad for too much longer. He looked better today from what I saw outside of that horrific inning. It's pretty clear he is a shell of his former self, but I still have some faith in him, I just don't think we will get anything more than a solid #5 production out of him and that's ok for this season if the other guys step up.

    This team just needs to inch itself closer to .500 or else it will be all for not.

    Well that explains a lot. JJ when healthy is a beast and the best SP on this staff. If he comes back by the end of May as reported and he is truly healthy then we got our ace.

    Lind should be batting leadoff. He gets on base, something I cannot say for Lawrie.

    He is super annoying but I don't think you ban a guy for that.

    Ken, its going to be a big hill to climb, but if this team gets to .500 by mid season, then anything is possible. The key is to just get to .500 and then the WC doesn't look so out of reach.
