MLB surprise Nelson Cruz - He gone! MLB disappointment Ryan Zimmerman - He's been hurt pretty much the whole year. MiLB surprise: Hard to say, Nothing too impressive maybe Courtney Hawkins having a bounce back year. MiLB disappointment Jameson Taillon - TJS hurt his value.

Cecil was pretty highly regarded. Not overly fair to compare those guys at all though as they were coming out of college and Norris and Sanchez signed out of HS. -
"...he must be promoted to the MLB roster no later than the next February Prospect Cutdown or the next Annual MiLB Draft Prospect Cutdown, whichever comes first." When do prospects need to be called up by? Is it just the MiLB draft every year? And what is the Feb Prospect Cutdown, don't remember having a prospect cutdown until the draft.
