    On the topic of 1st base not sure if it was mentioned but the Yanks were looking at Harper to play 1B. Judge, Stanton and Harper in a lineup would be incredible to watch lol

    If opt outs were the issue he would have been a Nat still. Harpers hoping to get 400 mil +. I personally think he will fall short and end up in the 325-350 range with two opt outs.

    They probably let him play for a few years if he is everything that we hope he is they probably sign him to an extension through his arb years and maybe one free agent year. Usually how big name players go with the exception of a few.

    Man I just watched the interview with him and I gotta say good for him for owning it and admitting he was wrong. I'm a person of color and I've got nothing but respect for that. And that was awesome watching his teamates behind him in the interview to. Shows they got respect for him to. Whoever dug those tweets up good for you. I'm more of a Hader fan than I was before. Thanks.

    If he has a good season and opts outs works good for the Red Sox so they can resign Sale or someone else. I would assume that's what they were thinking when they gave that.

    Not sure if anyone really knew this but just read an article and Pujols actually turned a bunch of money down from the Marlins of all people lol. They offered him 275m and with their taxes there would have basically worked out to 300m deal. Pretty crazy.
