  1. I'm surprised, but he's definitely held up and been worth his contract. Wish he would stay another year or two.
  2. Colabello gave a better throw than I expected and would've had a slower runner.
  3. This reminds me of Miguel Blowtista. No lead was safe.
  4. Just stick him up in the 500 section. Poor guy is at the game by himself just trying to enjoy a game
  5. Misread it. I couldn't be more thrilled.
  6. I'd prefer to have meaningless September games and meaningful October games. In other words, I will be hoping that we can put up a big enough lead to not have to worry too much come September.
  7. If this is the post random trade ideas that may have crossed AA's mind thread, then here is my stab at it (and I know I'm going to get picked apart for this one): To Cubs Stroman and Sanchez To Jays Shark and Alcantara Giving up the arms is painful but this year could be the year to go for it and Shark could make our rotation a lot more legit. Getting Alcantara may help soften the blow to the future by filling our 2B hole. Stroman and Sanchez greatly strengthen the Cubs future rotation just down the road. For those of you who are saying that the Cubs wouldn't just thrown in Alcantara since they were already asking for Stroman and Sanchez; Jays may have to add some depth to their end of the deal ala Davis. Anyway, have at it.
