    IIRC Ohtani WAS on base to end the inning before he had to pitch It would make sense to say he's not on the clock until he's at least back in the dugout maybe? That would seem fair. But they need to clarify.

    TJS season has begun The Orioles Zach Eflin underwent UCL reconstruction (Tommy John) surgery today. He’ll miss the rest of the season and probably at least the first half of 2027 Cubs right-hander Cade Horton will undergo elbow surgery and miss the remainder of the 2026 season. Horton has a torn ulnar collateral ligament.
