    My biggest tool will be rapid deletion of garbage threads. That was the biggest problem on the old board. They'll get the message and hopefully stay away or stick around and try to participate in a more meaningful way.

    For levity: My 10 year old saw how well the Colorado Rockies were doing a couple of weeks ago. We are on vacation in Punta Cana. He had just had his picture taken with a monkey on his shoulder and told me he wanted one for a pet. Later, discussing baseball he says re the Rockies "what if they win the World Series?" I say no way they will. He wants to bet. "What will you give me if they DO win it?" Foolishly, what do I answer??? A pet monkey of course, idiot that I am. So if the Rockies manage to win the WS I'm buying him a damn monkey. Or bribing him with something else. Tonight we are both cheering for said overperforming Rockies to beat the Yankees. Just don't win the WS please.
