  1. side view work?
  2. Canada got the first upset they need in the WBSC Premier 12, beating Cuba 3-0 in the Group C opener. Phillippe Aumont going 8 in the win. Top 2 in the group qualify for the final 6. Joining Mexico, US, Japan and Chinese Taipei. They have South Korea tomorrow and then Australia on Friday Highlights
  3. If it really is the Red sox ownership's directive to Chaim to get under the luxury tax, this really puts pressure on them to find some trades.

I thought this was the hate/hate relationship we had now. I actually don't blame the Steelers for costing me money It's all on Vinatieri's 1000 year old leg.

    GFY bitch
  6. Usually not that big of a difference FIP though. I'll run some data later tonight.
  7. Under the current rules, but with robot umps shift possibilities would be endless. With no one on and less than 2 strikes you could move your catcher anywhere in foul territory.
  8. You just seem sour that you lost to a guy that just hits the "start active players" button once a week.
  9. What is their payroll difference as well? (actually really tough data to just google)
  10. And his career numbers away from Dodgers Stadium are good but not great. K/BB drops from 5.0 to 3.32. FIP goes from 3.09 to 3.56 and xFIP is 3.79 on the road and 3.07 at home. His road numbers still make him good at that price.
  11. Not adding a proven 4th or 5th starter because you have a roster of potential 4th or 5th starters seems like it would be bad business.
  12. Gave up 2 or less runs in 24 of his 32 appearances last year. Prone to the blowup game which means casuals will hate him.
  13. Rays still want to make room on the 40. Giles for two or three of their guys on the 40 or need to be protected. Beeks, Aguilar and Garrett Whitley.

Pats defense has been extremely aggressive all year. I thought it would be last week that they got beat.
  15. Posted November 1st. Instagram WWW.INSTAGRAM.COM still enough junk in the trunk to scrape one over the top of the wall. He's was at a club in Miami last night though.
  16. IMO, neither Bo nor Vladdy are open to extensions.
  17. Gurriel leads the offense in fWAR - Damn close Vlad Jr has 3 IR visits - Fanbase blames the Front Office. Comes back from the 3rd Visit down 20 pounds in the Best Shape of his life. Fanbase blames the Front Office for not forcing it sooner. - Just one visit. and is in the best shape of his life in November Stroman starts the All Star game, gets injured at the game - fan base blames the Front Office wrong but Stroman does blame the FO for a lot Elvis does not leave the team - Fanbase blames the front office every time he gets blown up #clearlynotready kind of happened just not enough cared Jays trade 5 outfielders in 2019 - Fanbase loses it on the Front Office they don't have 5 OF's that teams would take in trade There is a major issues in the dome forcing the Jays to play a series in Buffalo instead Buffalo came to the Dome to play Anthony Alford has multiple on-field altercations with teammates actually appears to be one of the more loved players Rest of the League Franmil Reyes leads the league in HR's mid-season He was 9th Josh Donaldson hits 6 HR's in the first 10 games before injuring his hammy - Blames the Jays front office. Injury free season I was wrong The NL has 12 teams within 3 games of .500 on August 1st. they had 12 teams within 8 games of .500 Yelich is not in the top 40 OF'ers despite the injury he was 2nd...bad fail One of the AL Power Four ends up 10 games under .500 - red Sox squeaked in with 84 wins Soto has a sub 110 wRC+ (originally I wrote 100 but changed my mind) - yeah not close San Diego competes for a wildcard. Nope still sucked First firing of the season is Clint Hurdle - I think he actually was Rays start 3 -12 again. - Not even close Corey Seager wins NL MVP - won't get a vote, but had 540 PA's. I still believe he's got a huge season in him Josh Hader becomes the first reliever to hit 4.0 fWAR since Gagne. - Hader was a disappointing 2.3. Hendricks just missed getting to the 4.0 Matt Boyd receives several Cy Young votes - this one looked good for about 2 months MLB has it's second ever k-rate higher than 40% with at least 200 PA's - 6 over 35% and Keon Broxton getting to 45.6%
  18. I counted. The 1 million was actually the Star's report on how many were on the streets the Saturday night. Which seems high. I'll believe Strombo's numbers because he's f***ing strombo
  19. The fact that he's returning to Florida in January is a positive.
  20. 1 million estimated in 1992. With 52k waiting 6.5 hours in the dome. As for the age of the fans...like you have to enjoy the sport to party.
  21. I understand wanting to take a chance on a Warren type but he's a slider pitcher now. The change has zero value when it's barely slower than the fastball. Swinging strike rate is still there but most just are laying off his pitches out of the zone. Maybe I'd take a chance if someone sees something specific he's doing wrong. In the end just grab some guy throwing 100
  22. I just think it's because all Rizzo knows. He fills holes and then for the past 5 years he had no depth when injuries happen. He (or someone in his org) drafts quite well but he's never had a 40 man roster. This year the injuries didn't happen and it led to a championship. It gets him 3 more years at least...and he will likely spend to keep the team relevant. I don't think Howie Kendrick is talked about enough. He put up an offensive career year (and it's not even close) at the age of 36. Almost exactly a third of his PA's against LHP and not having to play everyday obviously kept him fresh. If Vets are coming in cheap, finding the correct ways to allow them to thrive or at least provide their greatest value is what I think smart teams will do. Of course finding the 36 year old that is going to lower his K-rate by 25%, while raising the BB rate is probably never easy to find.
  23. agree but it will continue a media/old fan (like BTS) narrative that you can't win without Vetrin Presents
  24. I can't even get you your status. I think I'm losing privileges.
