    Votto is Etobicoke. I would say John Taveras (greatest lacrosse player of all time would number 1) although Lisa Alexander and Sandy Hawley both have bigger displays in the Mississauga Sports HOF (of which I am in as well)

    Shawn Hill, Dalton Pompey and Chris Leroux all played for North Miss Baseball prior to Josh and his two brothers. The youngest is going into grade 10 and committed to Texas Tech this week

    Hurl did not delete it. I was allowing posts because I broke the rules myself (although mostly did keep it on sport...but this isn't the Around Basketball thread). I am going to put a close on this thread and maybe back it up. In the meantime everyone should read the rules which were stickied yesterday.

    The thing is that if Kloff is the best offer there are teams which will top it. We are not in a position to get into bidding wars. I don't disagree that prospects are overvalued...but there are other teams to consider here (Including Cinci who would likely not make the deal) If you believe that Bauer makes us a contender, what does he make the Yankees? The Royals did it so why not us is hopefully not the way this F.O. works

    He along with a few others are being built up to face the first 27 batters. Whether his spot is at the start of the game, or 2nd in or 3rd in shouldn't matter. I think it will be a long time before you see him facing all 27 himself
