Loup's peripherals were always healthy though, I don't think anyone was actually worried about him. Already at 0.7 WAR. Delabar isn't striking many guys out, he's walking everyone, and he doesn't get any ground balls... it's a 125 xFIP-. That's backed up by his fastball being down a mile and a half and his SwStr% being down 3.2 percentage points.
He still throws hard and with two strikes the splitter can be a put-away pitch, but I'm not just going to assume regression will fix Delabar. There are real strikes against him.
