  1. This Youtube user likes The Bone Collector and Metallica: https://www.youtube.com/user/tyler1245789 Also, here's a collection of 30 movies that includes five Metallica films and The Bone Collector: http://www.solarmovie.tl/movie/search/Hammett/
  2. CatsAss is out of farm slots, so Jaysblue is on the clock and has been PMed.
  3. Spanky actually just took him, his window had expired so he wasn't in the results I sent you.
  4. It was lol, was not at my computer. We just got a crapload of picks done. I ended up with Derek Fisher and Keury Mella and now FTD is up with #80. I'm going to be pretty busy this weekend so will need to be PMed before picks. Thanks!
  5. Yep. I picked up Todd Frazier a couple weeks ago and I definitely wouldn't trade him for Craig and may not trade him for Marte. I hadn't realized how mediocre Marte has been, I think I'll adjust my opinion to definitively favour GD's side.
  6. I think I prefer McCutchen. In a shallow league with a limited number of starting spots, it really pays off to trade packages of good players for elite players. Plus Craig is a very replaceable bat in the format. It is a fair trade though.
  7. Even funnier is you clowns who are down on them after a week. The Blue Jays are still leading the division by 3.5 games and have a 68.5% chance of making the playoffs. There's no reason to be discouraged.
  8. You sound exactly like a superstitious person. Also, teams always look bad going through slumps, that's the point. They will rebound very soon and everyone will feel silly.
  9. They're pressing! There's not enough experience on this team. And too many me-first Dominicans.
  10. This is not going to end well. Gausman is Baltimore's Ace. Also... you have Twins stats, Fatcow. Slacking off with the World Cup and all?
  11. I don't think you realize just how good at picking up the WARz Ben Zobrist is. He's having his worst year since 2007 and is still on a 3.7 WAR/150 pace. ZiPS pegs him as a 4.4 WAR/150 true-talent player. He doesn't need to be a markedly good hitter to get to 4. He would be an amazing acquisition.
  12. Re: Minor League DIPS, Daniel Norris has the best FIP in all of affiliated baseball at 1.65! (http://www.fangraphs.com/minorleaders.aspx?pos=all&stats=pit&lg=all&qual=50&type=1&season=2014&team=0&players=0&sort=16,a) Fellow Dunedin farmhand Taylor Cole is third (behind Norris and Felix Hernandez) with 2.00.
  13. CatsAss has Luke Jackson on his MLB roster.

  15. Rowdy Tellez hasn't been entered into the Google Doc.
  16. His competition doesn't matter. He has the stuff to get any level of hitter out. It's just limiting the walks. Maybe they think the AAA coaching staff has a better chance of getting him to repeat his delivery and throw strikes than the AA coaching staff.
  17. I can understand the Weisenberg pick, but it'll be very hard to trade him and that's why I wouldn't have done it. There aren't regular rankings of players in draft classes two and three years down the road, so to trade him you'll have to do a bang-up job convincing your trade mate that he's worth acquiring.
  18. I don't much care lol, just giving you the low-down. I think if you hadn't attempted to take Plawecki they'd be much more forgiving, as you'd have appeared to be shopping the pick the whole time. Forbes is a decent pick, z3r0s. Lots of risk in his profile, sure, but you'll probably know by next year's draft if he is worth keeping or not.
  19. They don't actually go through that many injuries, most of it is confirmation bias. ------ Jaysblue, you're allowed to do your research and come up with a draft board in advance of your picks. People aren't frustrated by the sheer time you're on the clock. We're very understanding of the fact that some members have lives. It's that you are at your computer yet aren't able to make the pick.
  20. You better stay to your word! If they win the next seven, remember to stay positive even if they get shutout for the two after that.
  21. Can't give a sensible question? Stop hyperventilating. Everything is going to work out okay.
  22. This GDT is even worse than the ones that we make fun of over at OriolesHangout. Get it together guys.
  23. 6th best batting average in baseball. They get a lot of hits and many of them happen to go over the fence -- which is a GOOD thing. Home runs are the most efficient way to score. I'm not exactly sure what you want. More bunts and bloop singles?
  24. Fans in Portland would appreciate this team. That option is looking more and more appealing.
