I'd like to see the math on that one. lol
jays are getting about 1 good start avg for each time through the rotation, but the offense doesn't show up every day. the chance of both coming to any given game is slim at best.
jays are
3rd in runs allowed
17th in runs scored
23 in OBP
22nd in avg
5th in HR
they have only 1 shutout all year
so, if the jays dont hit 5 HR a game, they dont win and this is a year where the offense is definitely all or nothing
add in that TB have been crushing the ball for a month and Baltimore seems to have the jays number, the weak spot is ATL but that is only 2 games.
not sure how that will add up to a .666 winning avg over the next 9 games.
I'm not optimistic about the next few weeks.
