    maybe??? not sure how maybe gets into the equation. he's more of a douche than he is stupid though. Lind robbed Lawrie of meaningless high 5s. it's not even the stats that he cares about. it's all about the instant gratification and that's why he was on twitter 15 minutes after the game.

    on a real team, Lawrie would ride pine for a week, but playing DeRosa every day would lose the team too much D.

    Lawrie was a hero in his own mind and thought he was getting high 5s for an RBI. on the way back to the dugout he was barking at either Lind or Rivera for Rivera not sending Lind to get thrown out at home plate when they were still down 2 runs. Lawrie is an ego that wont go away. I think he's a cancer and this was the tipping point. Gibbons clearly said ******** and it was clear he'd had enough.

    luck is always part of the game, but there are too many hero swings by the jays. 5-2 game over

    it's not just bad luck when you calculate how many of those outs are weakly rolled over.

    didn't look good for Hunter. once he let go of the ball he couldn't move his hand. Os down a pitcher, but that doesn't help the jays today. bases loaded and the 2 best hitters up and they got nothing from it. LOB

    jays pitching has only given up 3 in 7 innings and yet it feels to be 10. this game is still there for the stealing if the O can just do something other than s*** the bed.
