I'm good with whatever the general consensus is between the mods. I've just been following the line that was set last week.

A's rotation is made to win series. if they stay healthy they will be hard to beat in a 5 or 7 game series with games every other day.

Buck and Pat talked about that last night. They said that Henry has said that thinks they need to trade for position players and then buy all the pitching. is there really enough pieces out there this winter to rebuild the entire pitching staff?

Sox have had almost the entire offense have an off year. I dont think they will be as bad next year. Adding Cespedes gives them another very scary bat to negotiate. will they have the pitching next year?

it was decided to keep it to one thread to keep everyone together and not have 10 different threads pop up every time something happens. 3 people have already started threads about the deal and all the info was already in the consolidated thread with people talking about it. I'm following the lead of all the mods. whine about it if you want, but enough with the bull s*** comments. you'll have live with it unless there is a new lead from all mods.

he's been all over the strike zone since he came up. his fastball and curve are monster pitches and he has been throwing both for strikes so far.

he's thrown the change, but only a couple. hard to work it in when you only get a couple outs on the mound. I'm sure he's keeping if fresh in his BP sessions. with the way he is being used now, he will have lots of innings left in Sept.

Jays will stretch Sanchez out in the beginning of sept. they are just giving him enough work to keep fresh and be with the team so he has less nerves. he will make some starts in late sept if the jays are truly in a run for the holy grail.

John Henry has his head firmly stuffed up his ass and is asking way too much. not sure what team would be silly enough to give away two mlb ready players for 2 months of Lester.

hope they play a bunch of 15 inning games and split. would be nice to see them both limp out of the weekend. lol

the market is way over priced this year. I'm not sure what moves they can make without killing the team for the next couple of years. I think it's sink or swim with what the team controls now. Jays in May and after the break have been super patient at the plate and that is going to be what decides it for them. when they are smart offensively they win games and they lose when they go up hacking.

with the way the team has been hitting lately and winning, they wont be as desperate to rush anyone. that's a good thing long term.
