I have no idea of course, but you can only imagine how badly he wanted to just be the super hero that so many casual fans thought he was going to be. He's going to settle in, learn the staff and play like he was paid to play. nothing I'd worry about. especially when there are other things to worry about that are actually problems.

after baseball had a guy strike out on a 4-2 count this week I think the MLB needs to be on that list. Raps problem is they look for the call instead of just concentrating on the shot. When they go to the rim they worry more about the call they think they should get than making the shot. whining after every play means zero calls and Refs have a long memory. happens in baseball too.

they need to stop pitching Castro every other game. his arm will fall off by june at this pace. Gibbons is abusing him and Cecil at the same time. Just in different ways. I agree that Martin "should" get better behind the plate. he's been a stud throwing out runners. Ed is lost, but he's come around and gone off before, so lets hope it's soon. Osuna has been lights out. He's so composed for being 20. You can tell that Castro is just too pumped. get him some innings with less leverage and work with him on his release.

Raptors sucking it again.... bad sports day for me today. Man united got their asses handed to them, Jays got sent out of Florida with their tail between their legs and the Raptors are done in the playoffs. still better than watching the leafs play.

didn't expect them to beat themselves like this. Didn't expect Jose and Ed to be hitting under .200. expected Reyes to find a way to get injured. was super surprised that they started the year with all of Osuna, Norris and Castro on the team. I could see bringing 1 of them maybe, but burning all three was a surprise. Didn't expect Travis to be this dominating. didn't expect Martin to look so bad receiving the ball

Firing AA doesn't fix everything that is wrong. Would they be willing to go out and get a baseball guy to take over, who is willing and has the understanding that the team has to be changed from the bottom up? Just changing GM wouldn't be enough. they need to change how their minor leagues are run. they need to change how they evaluate talent and they would have to start over from scratch. it would be ugly before it would be beautiful.
