once you come out of the off topic section, where all the stats peeps hang out, you get into the heart and emotion section of the forum. There are a lot of people who are just as valid fans of baseball and the jays, but have no idea what metrics are. DON'T argue stats with people who don't know anything about them. Just let them have their heart and passion for baseball in their way. arguing doesn't help anyone. ps. you know a thread like this is going to be a s*** storm so maybe dont come back after you make your case and state the facts. You KNOW it's only going to piss you off. Bickering doesn't help anyone and only empowers the people who are not even fans, that are just here to troll and we all know there are lots of those. -

even a s***** pitcher can have an easy night if he only has to throw 10 pitches an inning. making him work as in long and better AB.... AB like Pillar's last hack don't help anything. first 3 innings they let Tillman skate. he had 32 pitches after 3 innings. that means some really s***** patience for jays hitters ?

it was well hit, but Young made up ground. looked like it was going to go off the wall and Young reached up and dragged it down at a full stretch and running as fast as I've seen him move.

as bad as the first inning was being down 3-1 isn't terrible. Just need to get Jimenez out of the game so they can get a shot at their pen.
