What would you do to fix the Jays?

I think he's got a year of 35 and one of 45 IP. Not sure how much he pitched as a 16 year old in the Mexican league. At this pace he's going to shoot way past 45 innings pitched this year, unless his arm falls of which could happen pitching almost every day. Aiming at next year as a starting is not a bad idea. This year is unrealistic. -

Redmond is a bigger sack of s***. not an improvement. AA needs to make a better effort finding replacements for the s*** pen pitchers outside of the Jays org.

maybe that's what he was trying to do, but it just went out to the pitcher who almost threw the ball away and Donaldson didn't really run like he was looking for a base hit. coasted from half way

A lot of people here think Gibbons is a bad manager. Just imagine for a second that he is not, but he has a lineup where His best player hurt himself in a fit or rage and now can only DH and forcing him to put infielders in the outfield, he has a pen with a 20 year who is doing well and everyone else is an uncomfortable choice.... I think we need to put Gibbons on suicide watch. hard to hate on the guy when he has very little to do with the roster he fields.

he's the worse hitter mechanically on the 25 man roster. he's jumping all over the place. he's never set during his AB. you can't hit the ball if you can't see it because your eyes are bouncing because you're literally moving everything. how do you fix it, take away his bat and batting gloves and tell him he's going to love flipping burgers. http://i.ytimg.com/vi/xvIuKoVO4RY/hqdefault.jpg
