ok, I'm pretty sure that they said before the year started that you were not allowed to review the "neighborhood" play at second base. he was out anyways, but if they write in the rules that it's not reviewable why is it being reviewed?

ump destroyed that inning. should have been ball 4 to cola and given the jays 2 on and nobody out.
