    it's definitely a big positive that the jays have put the ball in play the last couple of games. hopefully they can put it all together today and get a win.

    finally got to see this one. very entertaining. Jays BABIP'd them to death. beating Boston is sweet, beating them at Fenway is better but beating them on their ring day is priceless.

    the problem is that the broadcast team are idiots. casual fans loose IQ points listening to Buck and Tabler talk and fans that have a clue get really irritated listening to those two idiots night after night.

    firing umps is a union battle the league doesn't dare take. they are terrified of the union.

    the data is on stat sites with pitch tracking and calls but very little gets done about it. you can track every pitch and some umps are worse than others. it's a human thing but some are more human than others lol

    I think they should have a wall of shame to show the worst calls every week, but it's one of few jobs you can't be fired from or even reprimanded for being a complete incompetent pos.

    Chacin's fall from usabiity was pretty bad, not as bad as his cologne but close. Bonifacio was hard to tolerate with his big smirk as he sucked balls every day. That whole Miami trade was hard to tolerate Tallet was more over used by Gaston than bad as a reliever. imo

    I agree... we might see 2 years of playing for the picks to get them to a better window and have a lot of great prospects to work with. I don't mind if they suck for 2 seasons if they are building a sustainable system going forward.

    remember when Jose thought he was getting 100+ million deal and now he's where? things have changed fast. it is nice that the Jays have shed some dinosaurs from the roster for this season. I'd rather see young guys playing and have them developing a path forward instead of a team full of the Blue-Emu crew it will be interesting to see how the jays invest going into next year when they have cleared all the albatross contracts
