Moran. So this locks Shipley or Meadows to the Red Sox. Then it can go one of two ways. Meadows to BOS, Shipley to KC, McGuire to PIT, Ball to TOR. Or maybe Shipley to BOS, Bickford to KC, McGuire to PIT, Meadows to TOR? Not looking good.

With Chisenhall, Paulino, Lindor, Cabrera, and Kipnis in the MIF, I don't think this is the case. One of those guys should play an adequate 3rd for a while, I think it's just a mistake.

Personally, I like the Correa package more, as Correa's a good SS which is generally extremely valuable and he can hit really well.

Rockies could take Smith. Marlins could take Kaminsky. Royals could take Bickford. Pirates will probably take McGuire. s*** could get real. Won't matter, as I'm sure AA holds Ball and Crawford over all of them lol. But this is gonna be really f***in' interesting.

I think they just really liked Correa and the idea of extra cash for a McCullers type was more appealing than Appel to them. I don't think they don't love him or anything. That said, I do think they take Gray as well.
