    True. But offense is harder to produce in the postseason than the regular season, since managers stumble their way into using their bullpens properly.

    Nah it's not. Pitchers get yanked quicker (more appropriately) leading to more effective (albeit entirely accidentally) pitcher usage. No one goes through the order more than twice if they're not on top of their game.
