    Over his career he has 123 FB of HR/FB%, and the rate is 50, so we can assume that's legit, but BABIP takes 820 BIP and he's nowhere near that.

    For expecting him to continue such an elite level of performance when there are red flags. We're just trying to objectively assess his performance and are always trying to support the decision we genuinely feel is best for the team. I like Bello.     wRC+ is a rate stat and the projections aim to capture true talent. Steamer believes that Colabello is 9% better than league average as a hitter, which is not insignificant.

    Look at UZR for defensive "skill," how good you are at defense. Or DRS, whatever tickles your fancy. Look at Def for defensive "value," or what value you contribute defensively based on how good you are (based on UZR but you can substitute DRS with some easy math) + where you play.

    Mention Matt Shoemaker in the article! Lol I literally haven't even had the werewithal to post this: I'd actually like to pen an Osuna/Hendriks article. I'll have one day off this week; I'll set aside my time and maybe some weekend time if I need it to do that.

    Goins up to 0.7 WAR in 92 games. Article isn't very good though. P/PA isn't useful. He's walking at a 9% rate this year which is a massive improvement for him. If he can keep that up there's definitely some hope for an 80-85 wRC+ bat which is enough with his glove to be a decentish regular. Projections still aren't favorable though.
