jglicksm Verified Member Posted November 1, 2015 Posted November 1, 2015 Hey everyone. I hope you are as excited as I am for the 2016 season-- hopefully the Jays can build on what was really a fantastic year! I will be getting season tickets for 2016 (500-level right behind the plate) and would love to know if anyone is interested in taking up to half the season (maximum). If you're interested please let me know!!!
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted November 1, 2015 Posted November 1, 2015 I have season tickets for next year as well if anyone wants to split them for some games. 100 Level behind the plate.

jglicksm Verified Member Posted December 29, 2015 Author Posted December 29, 2015 How much are you charging? Sorry for leaving that out. I have been selling at my cost as a season ticket holder, which is $14/ ticket. That is under box-office or even flex pack price. Remaining games getting limited.
500LevelSTH Verified Member Posted February 11, 2016 Posted February 11, 2016 thinking the season ticket totals for 2016 may surprise... many saying mid to low 20,000.... based on the Leadoff attendance and what it currently available for purchase on the ticket site, putting the over/under at 29,000 and taking the over. edit: looks like nearly all the 200s made available are sold out, select infield 200s on the 1st base side... Donaldson viewing area sold out.

blueballs Verified Member Posted February 18, 2016 Posted February 18, 2016 Was thinking of switching from my Flex Pack for this year and going with Season Tickets mostly for the right to get playoff tickets and some other STH perks. Problem is I only plan to goto 30 or so games and sell the rest. Will I take a bath on the games that I don't attend and sell? Just wondering how other STH handle this situation? Sorry if this has already been discussed previously.

CrackerJack Verified Member Posted February 18, 2016 Posted February 18, 2016 You'll likely lose money on weekday resells. But you could make up for it if you are willing to part with more premium games. Yeah, depends on whether you're going to all the high demand 40,000+ crowd games yourself and you're dumping (say) the mid-week Rays tickets in May. My wife & I have season tickets and go to a shitload of games. But I imagine most STHs attend about 30 games ... there are 26 home series ... so one game each series plus perhaps a couple when the Yankees & Red Sox roll into town. Most STHs have ticket partners who they divvy up their seats with, before the start of the season. If the seats are not that good, I wouldn't buy season tickets with the plan to turn to Stubhub to sell 50 games. I'd have a ticket partner or two lined up who'll take half the games from me at the outset.
blueballs Verified Member Posted February 18, 2016 Posted February 18, 2016 I would probably just goto 1 game each weekend series so for sure I can sell some premium weekend games. Is it preferable to be on the 3rd base/left field side? I see most of those tickets are gone? I'm looking at either the field level infield or field level bases seats.
CrackerJack Verified Member Posted February 18, 2016 Posted February 18, 2016 One underrated perk of season tickets is the STH-only gate. Many times last season, we'd show up 10 minutes before game time and walk right into the stadium when there were looong lines at the other gates. And on the popular giveaway days, the line at the STH-only gate was tiny compared to the others. (But with so many new STHs this year, the differences won't be as drastic.)
TBJ12 Verified Member Posted February 18, 2016 Posted February 18, 2016 Anyone wan't to sell a pair of tickets to the April 9th game? Would prefer infield 100's, but I'd consider just about any seat if the price is right.
blueballs Verified Member Posted March 7, 2016 Posted March 7, 2016 Did anyone get their STH package in the mail yet? Stephen Brooks on Twitter mentioned it was being sent out last week.
SalFasano Verified Member Posted March 7, 2016 Posted March 7, 2016 Yup. Received mine in the mail this past weekend. Comes with your MyBlueJays Card, and the 40th Anniversary Patch. I was also able to designate ticket partners today as well, and according to Mr. Stephen Brooks, tickets should be ready to access Wednesday!
blueballs Verified Member Posted March 7, 2016 Posted March 7, 2016 Nice! Need to check my mailbox tonight.
Jonzo Verified Member Posted March 7, 2016 Posted March 7, 2016 Any word when the flex packages will be mailed out?
SalFasano Verified Member Posted March 7, 2016 Posted March 7, 2016 Yeah was nice surprise to come home too, mean's baseball is right around the corner. I think flex packs were also in the process of getting mailed out. So may take a bit longer. Should have access to tickets for transfer and what not Wednesday as well.
SalFasano Verified Member Posted March 9, 2016 Posted March 9, 2016 Just to let you guys know, the tickets have been loaded into your Season Ticket Account (unsure about flex packs), and are ready to printed/transferred to your ticket partners!
blueballs Verified Member Posted March 9, 2016 Posted March 9, 2016 Yes already exchanged some games and transferred some tickets. Still waiting for my STH package to arrive in the mail though. Did you get your eCash points?
SalFasano Verified Member Posted March 9, 2016 Posted March 9, 2016 Yes the exchanging ticket function is great. I didn't know that was possible. Ended up getting some tickets for the Josh Donaldson game. I received my $200 ECash for paying off my invoice before December if that's what you are referring to? It's in my account.

Do you find the exchange interface a little difficult to use? It seems like the interface for single game ticket sales is way better. You can only see one section at a time and no indicators of how much availability so it's pretty time-consuming. I gave up last night and didn't bother (it went live last night).
SalFasano Verified Member Posted March 9, 2016 Posted March 9, 2016 Yeah very similar experience. But it was nice to exchange some of my weeknight games (which are hard to make) for some weekend no matter where the seats are. The single game tickets are much easier to navigate however as you mentioned.
clambake Verified Member Posted March 9, 2016 Posted March 9, 2016 The limit says 40 ticket transfers, but I'm around 50. Hopefully they don't notice
jglicksm Verified Member Posted March 10, 2016 Author Posted March 10, 2016 The limit says 40 ticket transfers, but I'm around 50. Hopefully they don't notice LOL-- just tell them you're using mine-- I can't see using more than 10
SalFasano Verified Member Posted March 10, 2016 Posted March 10, 2016 I think it's 40 ticket exchanges. Ticket transfers are when you send your tickets to friends/ticket partners/etc. I have a ticket partner so automatically that was 40 transfers right there haha

I should have picked up transfer vs. exchange!!!
