So how is Sanchez pitching for the folks watching the game closely?

 

Pretty good overall. He's gotten squeezed a little on one or two of the walks. Still having trouble with fastball command, but when he's missing it's off the plate rather than down the pipe. Breaking stuff is really sharp.

As long as we keep the game tied while Sanchez is pitching he will be ok. As soon as we get the lead he likes to give it back.

 

A guy named Chris Carpenter was pretty good at this in his early days
