Rasmus and Seitzer Butting Heads?

Also, anyone else fail to grasp what's so different about what Mottola and Seitzer preach? I mean I'm sure they have different personalities but isn't the ultimate message to use the whole field in both cases?

 

 

Mottola seemed like a more laid-back type of guy where as Seitzer seems more assertive or aggressive. I remember reading last year how Mottola convinced Rasmus to stop overworking himself in the batting cage after a bad game.

 

At the end of the day, Rasmus might still be struggling if Mottola hadn't been fired by Gibbons so who really knows.

Didn't realize they had called up Tony Rasmus, wonder what we can get out of him, hopefully something vs LHP.
