I disagree. He's a good hitter that opposing pitchers have to worry about and that we cannot replace. We don't have any replacements at his talent level.

Maybe when his hamstrings improve he will generate more offense and be able to play better defense but right now a singles hitter who can't play the outfield is not much use.

I think what a lot of us want to see is a healthy Cabrera unless this is the real one. All reports indicate that he's dealing with leg problems, I think it would be a good idea to put him on the DL about a week from the ASG to take advantage of the break.

 

I also think he's overweight, but I hope it's mostly leg issues.

The wire is in a class by itself........Thrones os good to yes, but not the wire. Does take a few episodes to get into because the story is so in depth, sprawling. But it pays off, best Tv show ever

Decent crowd today. Rogers Centre will be much better with real grass. Getting rid of windows was a great move... When the roof is open its a nice place to watch a game. When its closed its pretty bad.

 

Agreed, taking out the windows was a good first step.

 

Still need to add a lot more personality to the place, make it less concrete jungle feeling
