I call my sales agent and he apologizes and says go to subscriptions services and he'll take care of. So I get there and have to wait 10 minutes, missing part of the first. but we have our new tickets. Instead of 1st row in section 115, we are now 26th row into right field (113B). Get home and there isn't an apology email and as far as I know the tickets aren't being comped or a credit being put on my account. I have a pretty good working relationship with my rep...so what should I be asking for?

I'd rather be told that I have an open pair for any game I want at Best Seat available. I don't really want to get the ticket rep in trouble but he really blew the customer service side of things here (no surprise with the Jays) as he should have upgraded me right away.
