G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted May 11, 2013 Posted May 11, 2013 Farrell loves piling on dem saves! Lester's at 78 pitches, won't happen. Both closers out though...
JaysZee Verified Member Posted May 11, 2013 Posted May 11, 2013 Farrell was treating the Jays like a "practice girl" He doesnt make these mistakes in Boston
TheHurl Site Manager Posted May 11, 2013 Posted May 11, 2013 6 innings of 4 hit ball coming up for Ortiz. maybe 5 innings Greatest pre-game prediction ever
JFD Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2013 Posted May 11, 2013 5 innings of 1 run ball from Ortiz? not too shaby.
theblujay Verified Member Posted May 11, 2013 Posted May 11, 2013 Cecil looks so much better. Maybe he was meant to be a reliever all along...
TheHurl Site Manager Posted May 11, 2013 Posted May 11, 2013 5 innings is referred a QS? I thought it was 6 min? oh yeah. Still quality in our minds.
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2013 Posted May 11, 2013 5 innings is referred a QS? I thought it was 6 min? are you kidding me? 5IP, ER against Red Sox is a perfect game for Ramon Ortiz.
JaysZee Verified Member Posted May 11, 2013 Posted May 11, 2013 At the very least, Leafs look like they are going to bring it back to Toronto for Game 6
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted May 11, 2013 Posted May 11, 2013 bad offense vs good pitching=this...
GD Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2013 Posted May 11, 2013 The LEafs need to f*** off. Hahahaha. If they win the series (they won't) would your head just explode?
TheHurl Site Manager Posted May 11, 2013 Posted May 11, 2013 Alex Cobb has 13 K's on 14 outs now. I know this should be on the Around Baseball but I'm above the law
Candy Maldonado Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2013 Posted May 11, 2013 7th game the red sox have played against boston
bronson44 Verified Member Posted May 11, 2013 Posted May 11, 2013 Alex Cobb has 13 K's on 14 outs now. I know this should be on the Around Baseball but I'm above the law Good God!!
Fearthedoc Verified Member Posted May 11, 2013 Posted May 11, 2013 Damn. If Cobb had a 200 pitch count...we could have seen something special.
JaysZee Verified Member Posted May 11, 2013 Posted May 11, 2013 The thing is that you cant really be pissed at one person. Everybody sucks, so really whatcha gonna do
deadlee Verified Member Posted May 11, 2013 Posted May 11, 2013 the NESN broadcast makes watching our 1-2-3 innings a lot more fun!
JaysZee Verified Member Posted May 11, 2013 Posted May 11, 2013 The Buds are playing very well.....as they were last game.... It will be interesting to see if they can force a game 7, where anything can happen. If they win tonight they would have 2 out of 3 in Boston, so they can win on the road.
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2013 Posted May 11, 2013 Mickey Storey debut in a closed game
GD Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2013 Posted May 11, 2013 Mickey Storey debut in a closed game Storey is a beast
TheHurl Site Manager Posted May 11, 2013 Posted May 11, 2013 I love that guy. Once his HR/FB drops he's going to start getting big-time recognition. He was hit all game though. He actually got pulled after the 4 and 2/3 innings.
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2013 Posted May 11, 2013 Cobb with 23 swings & misses tonight, 21 on the changeup. Unreal he couldn't get through 5 innings.
Arkadium Verified Member Posted May 11, 2013 Posted May 11, 2013 BoSox..... 12 base-runners, Jays.... 1 base-runner....... we don't f***ing deserve to win
JaysZee Verified Member Posted May 11, 2013 Posted May 11, 2013 I feel like i want to put some money down on the Redsox to win the world series outright
Arkadium Verified Member Posted May 11, 2013 Posted May 11, 2013 Lol @ Pedroia his weight can't hold his swing
GD Old-Timey Member Posted May 11, 2013 Posted May 11, 2013 I feel like i want to put some money down on the Redsox to win the world series outright I feel like you enjoy wasting money
JaysZee Verified Member Posted May 11, 2013 Posted May 11, 2013 I feel like you enjoy wasting money Really cause by the way it seems, Farrell has fixed Lester and Buckholz back into aces, they sill have a better offense with Pedroia, ellsbury, Ortiz and Napoli, they can always add at the deadline. Sounds like a good bet to me
