Barzal with a 5 point game... this Calder race should be fun.
  12. Good point, unless teams are able to put insurance on projected Arb monies?
  13. If he comes back when they hope 4-6 months from surgery(obviously the sooner, the better), they can retain some value in trade. Plus the O's likely have insurance on him.
  14. Congratulations, Ang, proud papa!!!

  17. Unresolved 2018 Arbitration Cases By Jeff Todd | January 12, 2018 at 6:02pm CDT We’ve covered a whole lot of arbitration deals today, many of them reached before today’s deadline to exchange filing figures. Some other agreements have come together after team and player submitted their numbers. It’s still possible, of course, that these situations will be resolved before an arbitration hearing becomes necessary. (At this point, we seem to lack full clarity on teams’ approaches to negotiations after the filing deadline. And most organizations make exceptions for multi-year deals even if they have a file-and-trial stance.) Some situations could even be dealt with in short order. As things stand, though, these unresolved arbitration cases could turn into significant hearings. (As always, MLBTR’s 2018 arbitration projections can be found here; you will also want to reference MLBTR’s 2018 arbitration tracker.) 18. Where are you getting this from, I'm finding half the season?
  19. Hahaha... Gold. I'll take it, lol
  20. Thanks buddy... I'm hoping he gets moved this OS.
  21. Atkins mentioned yesterday on PTS that he wonders if this slow off season could be a trend moving forward, said it would take multiple years to confirm said trend. You could be on to something here, JD just said he loves it here and would be comfortable ENDING HIS CAREER as a Jay on SN. <-- That's all paraphrasing of course. Sounds like JD wants term, rightfully so in his case.
  22. He just avoided arb, Jonn... we can't trade him next off-season, he'll be a FA following the WS final.
  23. Injury prone? Yeah, no! Edit: Hah... I see you've continued to make an ass of yourself ITT. *golf claps*
