He wasn't constrained to MLB Network one bit. He still was free of his point of view, etc via twitter as per usual, his main grounds of employment remain at the Athletic. Fox, MLBN and ESPN use him as a sub worker for those pieces of work, period.

Same, he deserves his day in court, if it actually really gets there. If he's guilty, he's a POS and we can all move on. One thing clear is he's an idiot for putting himself in this light.
