  1. Puig plays for them for now. May be headed to jail soon from what I’ve heard. I also played ball with some former Intercounty players. It’s okay ball but not really on par with the US Indy leagues.
  2. I hope he does mash. Not counting on it but can always hope.
  3. Do you follow any independent leagues or teams? Apparently the former IBL is now the professional CBL. They still don’t play series and are generally a weekend league. But I might check out a game in my town. Where I used to live - my hometown, we used to have two different Frontier League teams, and the AA Tigers. Now there’s just the CBL. I like independent baseball. It’s a nice night out and you usually see some offence because pitching is hard to come by everywhere but MLB.
  4. Funny to see AA hasn’t changed. Don’t miss him one bit.
  5. The team did well offensively (and defensively) without Bichette and Santander, even in the postseason. But I’m still sad Bichette left. Drafted in 2016. Part of me always thought he’d be a Blue Jay lifer but oh well.
  6. Donovan or Bellinger, I guess. Or nothing. Nothing probably.
  7. Blue jay fans wanting a salary cap… no self awareness there, eh?
  8. That’s Anthopoulos. Remember heading into seasons with Ryan “Shitbag” Goins anointed the starting 2B?
  9. Vladimir commented on Tucker’s IG post.
  10. He’ll just say he was trolling.
  11. Ever read the comments on MLBTR? Wow.

  13. It’s kind of incredible the difference between an org like Milwaukee and the Yankees. One is miles ahead in intelligence but has next to no money to spend, the other is ancient and has a super payroll, lol.
  14. What’s a reasonable expectation of the final payroll number heading into 2026?
  15. Exactly my thoughts. They’re not ones to put out crap.
  16. Agreed. Speaking strictly about outfielders. Kwan was worth a few wins last year and with 2 arb years left. What would a potential package be that Cleveland would consider? From a payroll perspective, Kwan + Bichette is probably very doable vs Tucker + Bichette.
  17. What about Kwan instead of Tucker?
  18. Hard to believe there isn’t some element of fixing wrt the outcomes of games, even MLB. I used to get really into spectator sports but have dialed it back the last few years. Just can’t trust anything anymore.
  19. Some things just aren’t quantifiable as Shapiro said in the end of season press conference. Looking forward to what the front office has in store for fans this offseason.

  21. AA is and was a below average executive. 2021 luck aside.
  22. Soul was also crushed missing the playoffs the last day of 2021 thanks to f***toyo.
  23. I’ve enjoyed your posts all season, even if I don’t post much.⚾️
