Bassitt? I doubt he's available. I will prefer rest him for the games in Toronto. Better let Yesevage start, abd if needed a lefty use Lauer, then finish the last innings with Dominguez and Hoffman. Both are rested.

Should let Yesevage finish the 7 innings. Then Dominguez and Hoffman for the save.

It's why Adkins bet on him, he don't have the same stuff he had before Tommy Jones injury, but he's far better than guys like Bowden Francis or Lucas

The only complain, is that he over use our best relievers when this isn't needed. It's no like we have plenty of good relievers. So everytime he use Varland and Hoffman when isn't needed, mean they will be unavailable in situations we need them, and unfortunately will have use guys like Little, Fisher , in pressure situations. In game 5, should expect Yesevage to pitch 5-6 innings, then will need the bullpen

He seem no trust Fisher and Rodriguez, despite they was very useful this year. The same happens with Little, but on that one, he's right 😄

To be fair, if Atkins did his job and bring reliever caliber of Santana and Duran at trade deadline and a guy like Correa JS will have very good options for bullpen and Correa instead of IKF. So Johnny will make less bad moves

He should have let Bassitt start the 9 inning, or use Fisher

The only reason, can be for game 6 or 7, we for sure need Bassitt pitch few more innings. Him, Varland, Hoffman and Dominguez are our best relievers, and Lauer the best lefty. We don't want see Little anymore, and Fisher only if we have big advance in the score. If Little a team player, he will fake injury so we can bring a better reliever in lineup 😉

Use Fisher, keep Dominguez, Varland and Hoffman for tomorrow. If Fisher don't do his job, yes u can bring Varland

Bassitt should be the #1 option for starting games 7. I feel more comfortable with him than Scherzer

Why no trying stolen base? Varsho and Gimenes are fast, and Will Smith he's tired of his 26 innings in two days

Vlad play like we wanted he do. And JS finally wake up and use Vlad and Bo early in batting order.

Yesevage will pitch 5-6 innings max, so we will need the bullpen if we lead.
