    Teams used to have middle relief pitchers,guys who can come in and go 3 or 4 innings when the starter is pulled. Perhaps Pearson could be that guy and maybe used later in high leverage situations after demonstrating fastball command

    Speaking of relievers,wonder how Thornton felt watching a position player pitch clean inning and he gives up a run in his appearance yesterday

    Would any team benefit more from RoboUmps than the Jays? So sick n tired of the belt-high fastball 6 inches outside called a strike. Especially when it takes the bat out of Vlad the Impalers hands. Love to see a jays v Yankees game with RoboUmps calling balls and strikes. Suck it yankees

    Agree completely. They have been sending out lineups with 4 sometimes 5 guys hitting below mendoza/ overbay line. Abysmal b/a few

    It will be awesome to see ,Scion, this team healthy, especially pitching rotation, live arms that are dependable,hard - hitting lineup top to bottom, awesome sauce

    Looking ahead to tomorrow s game. Wouldn't ne surprised to see the trifecta of urshela,odor and gardner 4,5,6 in the lineup. All blue jay thorns in side. Gardner,while the hate is still strong,his bat speed diminished. Put him away with high heat

    I guess Charlie speaks their language. I have to give Charlie credit for one thing, wearing his mask properly and constant. But that's it. At least it covered his bland, dumb ,vacant face. What colour is the sky in Charlie's world? He kinda reminds me of Moe, the leader of the 3 stooge. If only I could in bed a picture of Moe . Moe Montoya head stooge.

    Thanks, it would be so great to see Manoah go 7 and jays pull of the series win,head into new York on a high note. Of course the Yankees got the day off to rest their bullpen. I'm agreeing with a previous poster who said a win today takes away the pain of Friday's loss. It's hard to fathom how Montoya has a job . Maybe better suited as interpreter / benchcoach
