Sounds like Palmer wants to sign at slot value or very near it lol.

    Zack Silverman @ZackMatt4 · 1m Nick Frasso is a really interesting arm for the Jays. Great fastball that's really tough to square up, solid secondaries, very athletic and he does a good job of throwing strikes and controlling his long limbs. Seems like a guy who could get a lot better with pro coaching
