    Padres traded for Soto and have a top 10 farm in baseball prior to trading him to the yankees. Its absolutely an organizational failure to be in the bottom 10, when you consider the resources they have available to them. The lack of ability to build it back up is holding Atkins back. Give him a consistenly good farm to deal from and he'd be cooking every offseason.
