  21. I wondered if the release of Tulo was to create room for a MI upgrade at a good value (LeMahieu?). This makes that look improbable. What is our payroll projection for 2019 ? If we are not landing Kukuchi then it looks like a rather large payroll reduction. Hopefully we have flexibility to use it an opportune time during the rebuild.
  22. We'd have to increase dollars or add a year. Not sure that's a good risk as we weren't blown away by the return last deadline and we have to presume it diminishes from here.
