Jays will simply keep K-Mo's contract for the next 2 years and also make sure Bo Bi will be a part of the core of the next generation of Blue Jays -
But anyways Jays wouldn't be worried about the remainder of K-Mo's contract. 23M 2 years.

I feel Buster Posey, Mad Bumgarner, Joe Mauer, Trout, Aaron Judge will stay with their current teams for all their MLB careers But I also agree that many players switch teams over the course of their careers for one reason or another.

3 - It isn't like his contract looks like Jason Heyward's contract or Jacoby Ellsbury's contract. Only 2 years remaining at a reasonable amount of salary.

Why would Jays be willing to give up one of the top prospects of the organization just to get rid of a guy who just gave the team 28HR / 85RBI season? And only has 2 years remaining and will only be paid reasonable amounts of salary?
