  1. I was down in Cleveland for the first two ALCS games. It was tough to watch. I just kept sitting there thinking "this is the inning we breakout". It never happened. Really some bad strikeouts, the worst being Jose. We gotta get a run when we have a man on third base and 1 out. That first inning in the 1st game set the tone unfortunately. Biggest thing for the rest of the series is obviously score runs but also GET THE LEAD BEFORE MILLER COMES IN. That guy is lights out with his fastball and then comes back with the devastating slider. Wish we had him. So many excuses being given why we didn't hit.... umpires, lights... whatever. Cleveland has good pitchers and we have to try to get to them and early before Miller comes in. They didn't score many runs either but no team is going to win any games scoring 1 run over 18 innings. Hoping for a different result tonight. Tonight is a MUST WIN.
  2. I'll chant Let's Go Blue Jays... but I am going to be respectful of being in another city. Will cheers other Jays fans, high five them, but not tell anyone from Cleveland they suck or anything like that. Respect.
  3. Heading down on Friday. Got last 2 queen beds room at Comfort Inn for $500, $9.50 parking whereas most downtown hotels are $30 for self parking. Got it Tuesday morning. 10 min walk to Progressive Field. Got Friday and Saturday tickets from TickPick which I would recommend to anyone (PM me for more info, can help you out get a promo) paid $170 US each for infield 500 level with no fees. Going to get a round of golf in on the way to Cleveland. Let me know where you guys are meeting up, would love to raise a glass and hopefully celebrate with fellow Jays fans. I would recommend not waiting around to get tickets, I have a feeling they are going to go up, not down, closer to game time as this game will see as many Canadians there as Seattle did for regular season.
