Looking back I was relieved when Cleveland eliminated Boston. It seemed like a given for a trip to the world series with their injuries and the way the jays were playing. Was I ever wrong lol

Pretty much the whole month of October has been edge of seat baseball. The walk off WC win and ALDS were my favorite moments. The regular season seemed pretty dull in comparison to 2015 but all said and done it was a great year. Just imagine what could have been if the offense lived up to its hype and matched the spectacular pitching.

Agreed. This series was a battle with few mistakes and little to no margin for error.

Our rotation is fine as is. He is doing great where he is so why mess with what works unless of course the team needs him to do so. I say for 2017 at least he is better off in the pen

If I heard this yesterday I'd probably be enraged. Perfect scapegoat for an underachieving team next spring. (hopefully not the case on underachieving)

I agree. This team has been fun to watch when they're at their best and offense is hot but they definitely seem like they need more dynamic hitters.

I wasn't overly pissed off with the loss but this terrible news makes me angry. Lets hope he is on an extremely short leash

Its a tough pill to swallow but definitely not near as bad as last year. Sucks to think with a few clutch hits in these low scoring games this series could be a lot different but that's baseball I guess. looking forward to the world series and even more to the offseason

Hopefully Edwin returns. At the very least I hope he doesn't end up in a red sox uniform or any AL team for that matter
